Free-trial exports carry a watermark on every plan; it goes away when you pay. Credits pay for AI features: Drop Finder uses 1 credit per started minute of your set (minimum 1). Need more? Credit packs of 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,500 credits are $0.04 per credit.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get immediate access for 7 days. A card is required to start, you won't be charged until the trial ends, you can start your plan early from your account, and you can cancel any time in Account > Manage Billing, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After the trial the plan renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Trial exports are watermarked.
What are the system requirements for Setclipper Desktop?
Setclipper is optimized for Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) running macOS 14 or newer.
Can I edit in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro?
Setclipper exports a timeline XML for Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, with your cuts pointing at the original camera files and a marker on each drop. We check the XML structure, but have not yet confirmed it in every version of those apps, so try a short project first.
What do exports cost?
Tracklist export costs 1 credit per drop. Timeline XML export costs no credits.
Do I need a serial key for Setclipper Desktop?
No serial keys required. Simply launch Setclipper Desktop, click "Sign In", and your browser pairs with the app once you confirm the code shown in the app.
