Takedown notices. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at Clubwall LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent, info@setclipper.com that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification and location of the material claimed to infringe; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner. False notices can lead to liability under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).

Counter-notice. If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send the agent a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your name, address, phone, consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or the Middle District of Florida if outside the US), and agreement to accept service from the complainant. We will restore the material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless the complainant tells us it has filed a court action.

Repeat infringers. We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe, in our sole judgment, and may remove or disable access to any content at any time without notice or liability.

Your content license and warranties. As set out in Section 6 of the Terms: you keep ownership; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, edit and display Your Content, and to send it to our service providers, to run and secure the Service and defend legal claims; we do not use Your Content or your Output to promote Setclipper without your separate permission, and if you choose "Feature my clip" or tell us by email that we may feature a clip, you give us a free, non-exclusive license to display that clip to promote Setclipper until you withdraw it (withdraw any time at info@setclipper.com); you warrant you hold all rights (including music, performance, venue and likeness) and will indemnify us for claims arising from Your Content. We may disclose Your Content and your identity to rights holders and authorities as required by law or to enforce this policy. We make no clearance of music or third-party rights for you.
