Acceptable Use Policy
You may not, and may not help others to:
- upload, process or publish content you do not own or lack full rights and consents for, including copyrighted music, performances, venue or artist content, or people's images or voices without required consent;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or biometric rights, or violate any law or platform rule;
- upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors (zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC), exploitative, violent or deceptive content, or deepfakes of real people without their consent;
- use face or voice features on footage from Illinois, Texas, Washington or the EU/EEA, or on anyone who has not consented where consent is required;
- circumvent watermarks, credit limits, trial limits, queue positions, usage limits, security or access controls, or use multiple accounts, cards, devices or identities to obtain trials, credits, discounts or queue spots;
- scrape, crawl, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or extract models, prompts or data from the Service, or use it to build or train a competing product or model;
- resell, share, rent or white-label access, or share your account;
- distribute malware or interfere with the Service or others' use;
- submit prompts or content designed to defeat safety systems or exfiltrate system information;
- use the Service for any purpose that would expose us to legal liability.
We may monitor, review, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts without notice or refund for violations, and may report to law enforcement and rights holders. Repeat infringers are terminated. We decide what violates this Policy. Do not use the Web Clipper to process videos you do not have the right to use, and do not use automated tools to submit jobs in bulk. Ending your plan for reasons other than your violation is handled under the Terms (section 12).
