Referral and Creator Code Terms

Creator codes and discounts. A creator code gives a new customer 10% off the first 3 monthly charges or the first annual charge. The code is stored in your browser and on your account and applied automatically when you start your plan. One code per customer, no stacking, not retroactive, no cash value. We may change, limit, suspend, void or end any code or discount at any time, and may reverse discounts obtained by error, abuse or ineligibility.
Waitlist and queue. We alone decide who is invited, when and in what order. Queue position is not a promise of access or timing. Friend invites may move you up by 100 spots per friend who completes sign-up with a valid card (cap 1,000 spots), and a fan bonus may add 50 spots. We may change, cap, cancel or reverse queue positions and bonuses at any time and remove any user from the queue.
Fraud and abuse. You may not refer yourself or accounts you control, use bots, fake or duplicate identities, shared cards, devices, phones or VPN rotation, give or take payment or rewards for signups, or send unsolicited messages to promote your link. We may remove spots, void discounts and credits, close accounts without refund and report conduct to authorities, based on our reasonable suspicion. Our records decide attribution.
Sharing your link. You may share your own link only through your own channels and in compliance with law and platform rules. If you are paid or rewarded by anyone to promote Setclipper, you must use the Creator Program Agreement and clearly disclose that relationship. We do not send invites for you.
Card on file. While the waitlist is on, we do not charge your card while you wait. Your plan starts only when you click "Start plan."
Changes. We may change or end these terms or the program at any time by email notice with the effective date stated, and continued use accepts the change.
Creators. Paid creators are governed by the Creator Program Agreement, which controls over this section; commission rates are in that agreement.
